Summary 
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting information into Excel and other databases.

Essential Functions
  • Analyze and input data using advanced Excel functions (Formulas, VLookups, Pivot Tables, rules setup)
  • Audit and validate data for consistent reporting
  • Organize cycle counts for warehoused inventory items
  • Assist with various data management tasks as needed
  • Create and present scheduled reports
  • Handle additional duties assigned by management

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word
  • Strong understanding of office equipment and computer hardware
  • Basic knowledge of databases
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written English skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Preferred: Knowledge of QuickBooks and Viewpoint Estimation
